Our hottest month of the year is upon us which means days of sweltering heat and humidity here in Texas. I want nothing more than to drape myself in the airiest pieces I can find, and if you know me, you know this means skin-baring styles and breathable fabrics — anything that lets the breeze kiss the moisture on my skin. Enter this linen wrap dress, which couldn’t meet my criteria more perfectly.
There are so many things I love about this dress! For starters, it’s a true wrap dress which means when the bow is untied, the front opens up like a robe. This fact makes this dress so unbelievably comfortable! It means the breeze can really get under there which keeps me as cool as I could hope for while still being clothed. And do I even need to talk about the adjustability factor since there are no seams around the waist? However, there IS an abundant belt fabric that let’s you tie a big big bow which is just a little bit extra and a lotta bit perfect. What I’m saying is, this dress is essentially God’s gift to a woman on a hot summer day and you probably should buy it. Did I mention it’s on sale?
Yes, you read that right! And if you’re familiar with the brand of the dress (Reformation), you’ll know that it’s nearly impossible to get one of their lovely creations at a discount. They have a big sale at the end of the summer, though, and it’s your one chance to snag some beauties you’ve been lusting after for months but couldn’t pull the trigger on for the price tag. And this striped, bow-tied number happens to still be in stock in all sizes! In fact, a few of the dress styles I’ve worn previously on the blog are in the sale, including this one and this one, and two others that I haven’t yet posted on the blog. All are linked below!
I created a collection of my favorite styles I’m currently shopping, along with the ones I already own, that are all part of the sale. I also posted my favorite picks in my Instagram stories so be sure to follow me — I often share what I’m buying there much sooner than it makes it to the blog!
